Eddy is right. Pax should move on. He makes himself look weak by coaxing more news cycles out of the Eddie Curry health story. Pax already betrayed Eddy by publicizing the health issues (looked to me like a blatant attempt to reduce his market value). That didn't work because the Knicks still wanted him. So, Pax was backed into a corner with a player he'd alienated and couldn't or didn't want to sign long term and made the best deal he could. He explained it to everyone. I wouldn't like it if I were a Bulls fan, but I'd understand the reasoning.
So now, put it to bed. He does himself no good by continuing to spin it. He just gets Eddy and the Knicks pissed at him, while making Bulls fans think he's still trying to come up with excuses for the lopsided value exchange.
Hope we take it out on the Bulls on the court this season. Sure Eddy's got that first Knicks-Bulls game circled on his calendar.
