Well, clearly our next step should be to improve the frontcourt. We have our centers (Curry and James), now we need to fill in the holes. One team who I think would make an ideal trading partner is Utah. They have two overpriced contracts that they don't want (Okur and Boozer) and one young stud who I'd love to get (Andrei Kirilenko). So, if we took Okur, Boozer and Kirilenko, and gave them the expiring Penny Hardaway contract, Maurice Taylor (shorter deal than Okur), Trevor Ariza (replacement for Kiri) and Channing Frye (replacement for Boozer) they'd have to do it, no? Saves them a ton of money. I'm no Boozer fan, but I think it would make us a serious contender. Thoughts?

Successful Scenario Due to New York and Utah being over the cap, the 25% trade rule is invoked. New York and Utah had to be no more than 125% plus $100,000 of the salary given out for the trade to be accepted, which did happen here. This trade satisfies the provisions of the Collective Bargaining Agreement.
