I don't know, but if what he has said are true, Zeke needs to be careful on how he uses Curry.

Horsehockey. The incident and if there was another was caused by weight loss supplements. Watch.

That's obviously just speculation but even if it were true, I'm not sure why you'd interpret it as good news. He now has physical damage to his heart, which is abnormally enlarged. Even IF this was caused by pills, that doesn't mean stopping the pills reverses the problem.

His heart is no larger than any seven footers. This is all crap.

Really? What are the measurements of his and other 7 footers?

you find em. This is just what the doctors found. I don't know why people insist on believing a healthy kid is sick, but if you love doing it be my guest.

So it's irrelevant that he had an abnormal heart beat last season?

That is what the doctors have found and why the Knicks and the NBA cleared him to play.

Really? What doctors said his irregular heart beat is "irrelevant"?

I really hope the Knicks are taking every precaution possible when it comes to letting Curry getting on the court. It's already a little troubling that they were the only team in the NBA to even consider trading for him and don't seem too concerned with the problems he had with the Bulls last year. God forbid something really bad happens to Curry, their culpability will go far beyond a basketball trade going bad.

If you want to believe that a 22 yr old kid complaining of chest pains and lightheadedness, not once but twice, and having been diagnosed with a heart arrhythmia is "healthy", go right ahead, it just shows how incredibly stupid you are.

Stupid enough to have 3 tv shows on the air every day. He had benign arrythmia and never had a recurrence. Read what the doctors are saying now. It was most likely caused by the supplements he took to lose weight.

We do have a very good doctor on board, and I sure hope that her diagnosis of Curry is correct. I just don't want to see this kid dead while playing

diderotn, she didn't do the diagnosis, the Knick had 6 cardiologists examine him and also look at all the data from his previous analysis.

where is the literature that states he has heart damage, i never read this. where does it say his heart is abnormally large--remember the standard test for saying a heart is enlarged is skewed for a huge man like that--that would go for almost anything on his body--its about normal blood flow/normal rhythms/normal response to excerise tolerance etc.. there are many things that can cause irregular heartbeats from stress to coffee diet pills etc.... this can be ruled out as benign and can also be treated normally with low amounts of medication

i cant imagine any doctor giving him a release to play with a damaged heart-would never happen, not to mention 10-15 doctors
he has to be normal, and if he is not, the problem is so masked that no one can be held responsible--you cant take curry's heart out of his body to inspect it--so the information the doctors have say hes normal

He's had 2 well documented episodes of arrhythmia in the past year. How is that masked?

I wouldn't say "damaged" since that's so ambiguous. I'd say that he has a heart condition. Maybe it's mild but chest pain and lightheadedness in a 22 year old athlete isn't a good thing. And it's certainly not something that you can just dismiss like some people here are wanting to do.

I don't think people are dismissing it but it seems like you want us to attach a tag to the guy that does not belong, Some condition that is not proven or wasn't found by the many specialists that examined him. Chest pain and lighheadedness is not a good thing but is it life altering or career altering? Maybe it had more to do with lifestyle, diet, etc. Or maybe it could be some serious heart condition, the problem with the latter theory is that he was tested and nothing was found wrong with his heart. So where do we go from here? I don't think we are ignoring his past episodes, we are all aware of it, that is why Eddy is a knicks, we knew this, if that wasn't a concern, Eddy would still be with the bulls, plain and simple. Again, he was tested throughly and cleared to play by a host of different doctors and specialists, yet I all I hear are comparisons to Reggie Lewis, who was NOT clered to play. Again where do we go from here?

I say sit back and enjoy, I think curry will be fine..

for his family sake especially..
