Davis 'Charade'
Oct 11 - The New York Post called Antonio Davis's career with the Knicks a charade. Davis was traded to New York last week as part of the Eddy Curry deal, but made only one brief appearance at Knicks camp before returning to Chicago. At 37, AD is said to be considering retirement. He told the Chicago Sun-Times, "It is a lot of money to walk away from. But a lot of times it's just not about the money, it's about quality of life." If the Knicks waive Davis they would have to pay his full salary, so both sides might be considering a buyout, according to the Post's sources.
