OK, it’s about time I put this thread up (on threat of another 10 or so being created in the next week).

Season opener get-together is set for 2 November - it’s an away game against Boston so season ticket holder can come too. Game time is 7:30pm; I’ll probably be there around 7pm. Poster MS had kindly arranged to have a long table set aside for us last year and did mention to me that he would help us out again this year. Same place as last year: Park Avenue Country Club (381 Park Ave South; parkavenuecountryclub.com; 212.685.3636).

We had a great time last year and I expect a lot more people this year. It’s always good to put a face to a name. If you are 100% gonna come and could reply to the thread with a definite YES, it would help us out with count and table size. Bring the digital cameras and some pocket cash for Kool Aid and let the good times roll.

Im mad I cant come but I will be embarking on a 5 hour road trip to Boston to actually see the game live...I CANT WAIT, GO KNICKS

Hardcore and myself will definitely be there..

Oh , i won't miss this one!!!! I had prior committments from last yrs event..

Looking forward to seeing more Knick Fans.. Had seen a few fans from Isiah's live Q & A @ the Garden.

Hey Martin, instead of the banner pic, the group pic would look better right under the banner. Agree? I forgot to mention it last year, and this thread just reminded me of it.

I'm especially excited to meet SilverFuel, Hardcore, GunsNEwing and everyone else. So, it should be a blast. Um, should we post pictures of ourselves on here so people know what we look like? If we don't do it, I think it would be hard to remember what everyone name is, heh.

It will be fun hanging out watching a Knick game with some hardcore fans. I'm really looking forward to it too. No pics neccesary man. The only persons name you will remember is martin. Everyone else will be remembered by their handle. I think Marv's real first name is Richard or something but if I ran into him at a bar I will call him Marv. I'm so pumped about this season. I think Eddy Curry will really open things up for our guards. We last the opener last year to Minny. I hope we win this year.

I think it adds to the fun if some of us don't know all the faces....

We've seen Martin, Hardcore, and the rest that made it out to the last get together. I think only Joe knows what I look like.
