Check out the Nene article on the front page from MSG. More indications that the Knicks love for Wilcox might be a smoke screen.
Coyne also revealed that the Knicks and their attorneys have gone over the details of Hilario’s Brazilian contract, going so far as to consult with Jeffrey Mishkin, the former chief attorney for the NBA.

I've said all along i would love to get Nene. He's 6-11 260 and a great athlete and you can't teach that. I still think odds are in favor of the Knicks getting Wilcox or Wagner, but they could surprise everyone and select Hilario, especially if they're now saying Nene won't slip past the 7th pick. Though i find that a little hard to believe, i think it would be safer to say he won't slip past Phoenix's pick. Either of these players will help next season though.

I agree. I too believe that the Knicks really want Nene over Wilcox.

I had a feeling all along the knicks couldn't have really been stupid enough to draft these other guys over Nene.
