Wasn't it Davis who LJ hit his 4pt play over in playoffs against Indiana? In my mind I still view him as the enemy.

It was Davis... however... in my mind, had LJ not made the 4pt play, we wouldn't have beaten Indiana in that series... and JVG would have been fired... and Phil Jackson would have been the coach of a team that included a core of:

Ewing, LJ, Camby, Houston, Sprewell, KT...

Yep. Ewing wouldn't have left, knowing that he was being coached by one of the all-time greats... Phil wouldn't have gone on to the Lakers... and life would be very different nowadays.

Davis is still the enemy from being on 2 different teams....Indiana mostly and then Toronto for a few years.

He's not a Knick killer or anything and he mostly played the game and didn't get involved in the extra stuff. I kinda have some real respect for the guy.

If he wants to stay in Chicago then tell him next year!!!! "This ain't a charity!!!!"

Nope. But as much as the Knicks have been jobbed by refs, I was nice to see the other team get it. Kinda like the OJ verdict. And Davis is a warrior who might actually be worthy of wearing Oak's #34.
