for the love of God i hope it doesn't happen. jalen has a whole extra year on his obscene contract and he'll only take minutes away from q, nate, reezy or jamal.

dude.. I've been saying that for a year. Especially last year when they had 2 picks. We take Rose and Tor gets almost $20mm in cap space to work with, also this draft coming up is week.

I think it depends on Houston. If he's toast then I think yes. If he can give you 15-25 minutes for 70+ games I think Zeke passes

I'd rather see the team target a PF. Brand, Boozer, Gasol, maybe Zach if his knee looks okay

i can not sign off on this deal, even for the picks.
this is a young team that needs to grow together. jalen rose is a CANCER. he will disrupt everything. we don't need that here. i'd almost rather have someone like othella harrington back than a guy like jalen.

this team is not about picks anymore. we have 6 guys < 25 and they are all talented (and i'm not counting jackie either). we need to develop them and add veterans that will help both on and off the court. jalen rose would be on the bench more than on the court with LB.

btw, if you look at the young core (outside of marbury) - they're all in the $7-8 mil range on average. i think the days of giving out max contracts may be winding down. penny, h20, and now AD may be the last ones to just go.

if we are trying to *win now* we still need to improve of course id love to get my hands on a boozer, but what do we have to give up now? we will end up paying penny for nothing. jalen shot 46% and avg 19 points from the 3--our only true 3 is ariza and i dont know if he is ready for bigger minutes he still should be a compliment

yeah go get me a big name 4 who can rebound--but the fact is we wont find it we have no picks
