Injury updates Rashad McCants, Minnesota — He's 85 percent with a groin injury and his possible lack of heart and work ethic has Minnesotan's a little nervous.
Kelvin Cato, Orlando — Won't see contact until the regular season due to shoulder surgery. I'm expecting big things from Cato this year, who appears to be motivated and ready to take over as a dominant center once he's healthy.
Zach Randolph, Portland — He's still not fully recovered from knee surgery, and it's hard to say when he'll be a full speed.
Bob Sura, Houston — Knee and back. had knee surgery and it's unknown when he'll return. If you listen to the Rockets, it will be very soon. If you listen to Sura, it may be never, as he appears to be contemplating retirement.
Sean May, Charlotte — Still recovering from knee surgery, but should be ready close to the start of the regular season. However, missing training camp is going to leave a mark on the rookie.
Anderson Varejao, Cleveland — Shoulder surgery should keep him down until Christmas time.

Wishing everyone well. I enjoyed posting here for a while, but as I matured I realized this forum isn't for me. We all evolve. Thanks for the memories everyone.
