Part 2
Now here we go last year with Isiah being called every name next to god for being the high bidder...and only bidder I might add

...for the services of one Mr. Jamal Crawford. Paxson, knowing he has the upper hand draws out the situation for months. Even to the point where Isiah is like...look i'm not trying to get over on anybody. Let's let the trade happen. Even Jamal is like man when is this going to end. Is it done already. It was a fiasco. Pax was giving Zeke the business and showing him what an excellent poker player he was....formidable.
Now fast forward one year. Isiah didn't forget the embarrassment of that Paxson transaction. He's like i'ma smile and let him know he played a good game...but we'll meet again. Jamal's probably been over to Isiah's crib who knows how many times and Isiah just knows all the little goodies about the Bulls operation months before the media does (even strange sayings about some kind of DNA test).
Zeke places a call to Curry after letting Jamal know he wants to have a word with him. With Curry's lawyer on the other line Zeke tells him (in Brando's voice)....."Eddy, I have an offer you can't refuse, are you ready to come home?" Before Eddy answers he looks over at his lawyer and says to him..."Leon, i'm ready to go". Rose nods and says..."I understand, what you want is what I want". Zeke says..."alright fella's, here's what we're gonna do".
Fast forward three weeks and Paxson is about to jump someone at the Bulls press conference. Zeke receives a phone call from the NY Media about the possibility of him releasing Davis so that the Bulls can resign him. Zeke, being smart, says I don't know anything about that and it would be in violation of the rules.
Then Zeke thinks to himself. I bet you I can get some kind of concession from Pax. All of sudden the articles on Realgm, NYT etc about the Knicks reconsidering the release of Davis. Interesting
Now of course I know he wouldn't be able to get Sweetney back with that....right. I know i'm tripping..work with me here
