i think this was the plan from the get-go concerning the amnesty rule.

i think they came to an agreement that h20 would retire instead of being waived. remember when h20 said he was going to train with the team this summer? well, he didn't.

i'm going to say that there's a 70% chance he retires before november 1st.

and if they deem it's due to injury, then we could get an injury exception for him which would essentially be another MLE. (hello curry?)

I agree
I think he shows up in shape and ready to play. He's had a lot of time off and you can build a strength base in that duration. 1-5 he retires before the regular season. 3-1 he's done before the season ends and hangs it up after that.

I still like my KG conspiricy trading h20s retireing contract.

I will be elevated to high guru status if this comes to fruition. If not, I will lower myself to the depths of other miss cleo pundits.

A worthy trade off.

He's a proud man. He's going to give it one more shot. Again.
No really, last time.

Really.

Until I recently read about him practicing, I was in agreement with dj. I still hope he retires, because I am fed up with all the humming and hawing that we've had to put up with over the last 2 years (especially last year). The guessing games regarding his status have long since gotten really tired.

My money is still on Allan retiring. It's time to move on.
Another season, and more adversity to persevere through. We will get the job done, even BETTER than last year. GO KNICKS!

I had thought he'd retire, but now I don't see it. I'm guessing Zeke calls Eddy and Allan everyday and he's like: "you comin'?" to Eddy then like "you leavin'?" to Allan.

Not only do I thinkl he'll play this season but I believe that if possible he will play beyond his current contract. I truly believe that Grant Hill is his inspiration and he wants to do what Grant did. Come back at least for a season and become a hero. That's what I think is going through Houston's mind.

If allan isn't effective in training camp, he will retire. I don't see him not being able to play in training camp, and saying he'll be ready by december. we've heard that before, and if he's not right now, he never will be.

I don't know, I'm thinking its 80% that he'll retire. Grant Hill might be his inspiration, but I think their issues/ age are a bit different...
