Dude had some really quick hands on defense and he showed a slick rather easy ability to get to the basket. He was showing he could hit the three and also get to the line.

Bottom line on him was he was winning the starting point guard job but then Isiah traded for Marbs!

He has a memorable series against Jason Kidd...nothing spectacular but he showed he belonged. I figured that would have catapulted him at least into the conversation amongst the NBA know it alls. Now Frank Williams is no where to be found.

I actually wanted to know about this guy before we drafted Nate the Great. He is not in Chicago according to some Chicago forums a few months ago.

He got himself overweight and couldn't get any playing time, but also, no way was he developing a 3 pt shot.

He was pretty good for us that one season, but he didn't have a place. If he gets himself in shape, he's an nice NBA backup, but if not, he's a nobody.

Frank got fat? It's hard to picture him overweight.
Another season, and more adversity to persevere through. We will get the job done, even BETTER than last year. GO KNICKS!

frank actually lost 20 lbs from his rookie year to his 2nd year.

it's ashame, he had that 1-1/2 month spurt there where he was showing some potential, then he got hurt, hello marbury, goodbye frank.

Chicago has absolutely buried him. They may have ruined his career. I always thought he'd be a great backup and/.or serviceable starter. There are a lot worse PGs getting time over him in the League.

If he ruined it, he did it himself b/c he came into Chicago training camp, last season, overweight and out of shape. Hopefully he can get back in shape, but Chicago didn't do anything to him.

Frank was not out of shape, he lost 20 lbs ! Frank is now a free agent. Miami worked him out a couple of weeks ago. If we move Craw, i would offer him the minimum for insurance against injury to Marbs or Nate or if Nate is ineffective against a big PG !
Isiah Thomas will lead us back to the playoffs in 2006 !!!

Who cares?! He played well in about a 12 games. He's done nothing since.

When he was on the team I thought he was being way way over-hyped - but that's understandable when he's on your team (that sucks) and you're hoping for miracles. Now, the guy is gone and hasn't even been able to stay in the league. I know it's the off season but surely there is something better to talk about then a one minute wonder.
