Do you think that our 2001 second round picks are going to be signed?

At PF we have too much depth, why do we need mike wright?

we have:
Thomas
LJ
Othella
Weatherspoon

At Center, do we need another Freddie Weis for VC to serve up a deez-nuts platter?

At Center we already have:
Camby
Felton Spencer "for hire"
and whatever backup Layden might trade Ward for

I can't really see either of them being signed just because of the depth we have. They will remain on the injured-reserve list or something like that so they are always an option. Our best choice would be to add them in a deal involving Ward, Harrington, or Knight this off-season to juice up a trade. Wright might not be a bad player for some team to have.

spencer hasn't even
been resigned yet
he's a free agent
so we only have 2
true center on the
roster camby and luc (not for long)
who's supposely retiring
so maybe the knicks sign
chenowith remember him
the 7 ' 1 270 pounder out of kansas
they said he was a
lottery projective
so maybe they have hope
in him....he has to posses
some kind of game where
he was considered to be selected
in the top 13 in the draft a couple
of years ago.....

what ya think about that????

I think it was a stretch to say Chenowith was a projected lottery pick at one time. He was highly thought of coming out of high school, but never improved during college. After his sophmore year in college, no nba scouts rated him a lottery prospect.

Knixkik: do you ever think that Wright will be a good player? the guy is a 6'5" PF! I know Charles Barkley was 6'5", but that was during a different era...
