NO WAY Hakim will be in the running for ROY. Do you think he's the 1st player to come into the league with freakish athletic ability. You have to have more game than that to make an impact. He just isn't skilled enough to be that kind of player. I like him and hope he can continue to improve, but at this time I just don't see it.

There's nothing wrong with Frye. He has all the skills needed to be a good player in this league, just not a superstar. I don't think anyone was thinking he would be anyway, so I can't look at him as being a bust. He'll be just fine. Having LB as a coach will be a great asset to his career. He'll learn how to play winning basketball.

I am going to vote right now. Maybe Nate's ranking will have gone up a bit by now.
Another season, and more adversity to persevere through. We will get the job done, even BETTER than last year. GO KNICKS!

I hope Nate gets full backup PG duties (about 16 to 20 mpg if Jamal is starting at PG)

Nate the great baby. Bonn: I havent really heard much about is passing. I dunno if he will be a great backup PG. He will be a very good scorer though.

Marbury can still do most of the playmaking if he and Nate are playing in the backcourt. I doubt Nate can set up teammates close to as well as Marbury does. Nate can push the ball up and play solid defense and attack the basket.

Warrick was arguably the most dominant rookie during the the summer leagues. He looks like a tweener no matter how you slice it, but it looks like he can put up numbers in pro sets.

With Bonzi, Posey, and Swift gone... it looks like there are ample minutes available at the forward positions... enough to get ROY? Maybe.

Frye was not on the polls 1 to 5. I vote Channing as the most dissed 2005 rookie.
