If there really is somethin cookin in Isiah's kitchen, this is really the only move that makes any sense:


Ny Recieives

Adonal Foyle
Eric Snow


Warriors Recieve

Mo Taylor
Drew Gooden
Ira Newble


Cavs Recieve

Derek Fisher
Mike Dunleavy
Mike Sweetney



Obviously, I'm sure some picks and/or fillers would have to be included, but that's the general idea.

Anything else, and GS and CLE can just take a hike.
DLee is the best thing to happen to NY in Isiah's 4 year tenure. And that alone, though a positive on the radar, is sad as hell.

Atleast both guys play defense - so shut ya mouths.

Both these guys have ridiculous contracts.

Is Foyle that much of an upgrade over JJ, that you can justify taking on his contract? I don't see it. Rather let Mo T & Sweets' contracts expire.

Foyle has alotta years left, but it's by NO means steep.

Snow, ya, I wouldn't exactly condone getting him, but I'm only posting this in the first place b/c Larry is rumored to want him...

Btw, Foyle is better by a good margin than any PF we have so far. He'll grab some boards, block some shots, play solid D, and even play some Center. That' what we need. The other benefit is getting rid of Taylor, and making LARRY BROWN happy, not you mooks...

Foyle has a career avg. of 4.6/5.2/1.8, and last year had 4.5/5.5/2.04...and is signed to a 6-year/$51.2 mil. contract.

He makes JJ look like a bargain.

Ya....with 20 MPG.

Give him 25-30, watch him give you 10, 8, and 2.5.

Also, I'm not saying if I was GM this is a move I'd make. But based on reports of a possible GS, NY, Cle deal, I figured I'd look into it. This is really the only deal that makes sense as far as what Larry and Isiah want to do.

It works. But does GS want Malik Rose? I could see where he would be beneficial for them at the 3 and 4. Everyone gets long contracts, everyone gets something they can use, in theory everyone is happy. And then we will only have 4 PF's. Id rather send Mo Taylor, but nothing works salary wise.

Actually thats not a benefit because you add two extremely big and long contracts for not great players and trade a player that while not great, is serviceable ad has a considerably shorter deal. After this season he becomes an expiring contract, so its not like we should desperately move him, and less to get back worse contracts...

The President of Basketball Operations, the one responsible for the contracts added, the one that would have to deal with having terrible contracts like those while Brown is either retired or in his next job. Larry may demand trades all he wants to, but Isiah will only do the deals that will not hurt the Knicks so much both now and in the future...
