Another season, and more adversity to persevere through. We will get the job done, even BETTER than last year. GO KNICKS!

LOL, and signs with the Lakers for the league minimum and help out Kobe and Phil on the Knicks expense. That would be funny.

If the amnesty applied to the cap rather than just the luxury tax, I probably would cut Steph.

Under the rule as is, I would cut Rose.

I'm still voting penny- saves money this year and keeps us from trading his bad ending contract for more garbage.

that's true but if we are paring down pay-roll, then he's gone after the season so he's not part of any roster glut in the future.

but waiving someone like mo or malik, not only clears a glut NOW, but for at least a year or two after as well.

Yes- but Rose is a nice character guy to have around and I could see a team at the deadline wanting him for a championship run- don't know if his salary prevents that.

And Mo T is one of two low post threats we have.

Decent savings for a totally useless player.

Shandon or Malik Rose should be gone.

Penny's contract has value.
Tim as a player and as contract has value.
Mo as a player has value.

if cablevision had any type of business sense, then h20 is the one that should be waived - NO QUESTIONS ASKED.

i don't think anybody gives a CRAP if he goes to a rival and burns us. the question i have is, burns us where? from winning 43 games instead of 45?

but since it's being delayed, i believe they are TRULY making a power play on getting him to retire and take a position within the company.

Actually he could burn us if he went to the Nets or Miami by insuring thee sweep our season series. Thats 4 games and that could mean alot.

FWIW, according to Stephen A. Smith the ideas was discussed by the NBA and the union.

in the grand scheme of things, i don't think those 8 games over the next two seasons will mean too too much.

if we miss out on the 8th seed, that's fine also b/c i think this will take some time to right the ship.

I got a better one...

......If my mother had ball she'd be my father!!!!!

This Italian dude told this guy that in the bleachers at Yankee stadium. They were talking Yanks and Mets. The Mets guy was telling the Yankee guy that once they get a big bat they will kick the Yankees arse......the timing was awesome. Funny as hell

Maybe it's simpler. Maybe it looks like bad publicity that this is the "the Knicks provision" or the "Allan Houston provision" and the Knicks don't want it to look like they're dying to use the provision; so they'll wait a little longer.

Isiah and team needs to feel more self secure that him going to jersey and lighting it up once or twice is not going to derail their efforts.

If he can play 25-30 min a game and avg. 20 pts after they let him go then Isiah gonna fell real silly!

Fahtty mill is Fahtty Mil!

But Allans been real quiet, what if he has returned? What if Isiah jumped the gun and got Q without first believeing in Allan? What if God took time from creating and stopping world hunger to heal Allans knee so he can recieve his fahtty mil in short time than getting it in 10 installments! And whwt if God is not fan of Isiahs and wants him to look stupid again!

Praise be the lord!
