Heat pulled off a big trade getting the Grizz trash and below the rim Antoine Walker form the celts. Can these factory outlet defective second run quality surplus band togtether to achieve the ultimate goal? Or implode under the weight low Iq's and Gaziness form the newbies?
Heat will advance to finals.
Heat will lose in conf. finals to Detroit, New Jersey, or Indiana.
Heat won't make it to Conf. Finals, Chemistry awful and/or Injuries will hurt.
Heat will lose to Knicks in Conf. finals. Kool Aid does not permit any other answer!

it's all about the health of Shaq and Wade through the playoffs. If healthy I think the can win it all.

Agreed; I think they would have won it all last year if healthy. They almost beat Det despite severe injury problems (which doesn't bode well for Det) and they're much more talented now.

Chemistry is important, but they can rest those guys now and not overplay them, which is going to prolong their careers....

They are going to have plenty of depth at the center position with Doleac and Morning, and nice depth at the PF Spot with Simon and Haslem

Walker and posey are going to be holding down the small foward role, which is going to really help their rebounding, their front court is athletic and can run.......

Shaq will have plenty of time to rest, they don't need to play him 30 minutes a game to win,

So I think they win it all, Wade has probably been working on his jumper all summer too

It's all about the Kool-Aid!
Well anyways, I see Miami making it to the finals, but I still think the Spurs are the best team in the league and will once again bring home the hardware.

They'll be fine.

They have Shaq steering the ship. Dwayne Wade is Dwayne Wade - can't say it better than that. If Walker becomes a distraction, he'll get limited minutes or they'll ship his ass out, simple as that.

I see Posey and J-Dub actually improving the team.
DLee is the best thing to happen to NY in Isiah's 4 year tenure. And that alone, though a positive on the radar, is sad as hell.

Btw, not to give you a hard time, but wtf does this have to do with the Knicks?

We're light years away from the Heat.

I am hoping that the chemistry issue is what does them in when it all is overwith. That, and injuries. Less money or not, Shaq's still getting old. He's more injury-prone now than ever. I'd rather see it happen during the season than in the playoffs. Taking hits mid-season only ruins better playoff chances.

I hate Miami almost as much as I do NJ, which is a whole damn lot. Let 'sm both crash, burn and suffer for all eternity.

KNICKS, BABY! I drink my kool-aid by the pitcher! A glass just doesn't get the job done!
Another season, and more adversity to persevere through. We will get the job done, even BETTER than last year. GO KNICKS!

^ If Wade wasn't injured along with Shaq, they would've advanced to the finals. As long as one of them is healthy, they're fine.

the safe answer in this prediction is really injuries/chemistry- if everything plays for the heat, then, potentially, they are up there with San Antonio.

But remember what happened with the lakers when they got Malone and Payton? Everyone was talking about 4 hall of famers, and sure they were older than this group and wade is one year older/smarter/stronger. But, luck has a lot to do with putting a run together.

lol, that Laker team made it to the Finals, and would've had a shot if Malone wasn't injured...
