Kareem thinks he can coach the Knicks. Being a former player doesnt qualify you as a coach. Plus he was known for always having an attitude.

p.s. - Im not sure if we are related. We have the same last name and my last name is very rare. Only like 7 families have that last name in the United States. Could be.

Your Uncle was a great player, but I would rather have Michael Cooper as the Knicks coach. I like Coop for several reasons, he will preach defense and at the same time bring showtime to the Knicks.

Kareem would bring a nice presence. It sure would be fun IMO if he was coach. He certainly would get the respect from the younger players especially our draft pick/s... Is Coop still coaching the LA Sparks of the WNBA?

I'm not sure about Kareem as coach. I like Coop though, he has had great success in the WNBA.

I like Coop too. In WNBA fundamentals is key to success and it looks like Coop can teach fundamentals pretty good, didn't he coach last years WNBA champions. Coop is the man, nothing against Chaney but young players relate better with coaches that they have seen play. Doc River, Byron Scott, Carlyle they seem to get through to their players well.
