People here trash Walker but if Miami gets him that would definately be a huge pick up for that team.

Also.....Dajuan wagner......dude scored 100pts in a high school game and was supposed to be as good as Iverson but the guy has had some bad luck with various illnesses in his short career.

Walker would be the 3 in Miami and Wagner would be the back-up replacing Dooling in the rotation.

RealGM: With Walker a quality ball-handler and streaky 3-point shooter, the Heat could field an oversized lineup of Shaquille O'Neal at center, Udonis Haslem a power forward, Walker at small forward, Eddie Jones back at his natural shooting guard and Dwyane Wade back a point guard, where he played in 2003-04 as a rookie before switching to shooting guard last season.

Nasty.

The Knicks could do something similiar. Walker is a 3 in my opinion. Wagner is nice and needs a fresh start to shake the bad luck he has had in Clevland.

Good post Spree. I agree with all of it. I personally don't want the Knicks to get Walker becuase we got enough players at the 2/3 and don't need another players thats NOT a big man. Living in NJ, when Wagner was in High School I used to hear all about him and his 100 point game and then eventually when he went to Memphis and played well there, I thought he was a sure bet to be a star in the NBA.

I think your right with the injuries and how they've stunted his NBA growth, I'm curious as to why the Nets haven't given the kid a call. It might be good for him and his career to come back home and the Nets do have that MLE, he'd make a nice backup PG for Kidd since he can push the ball and do a few things with it... I hope he gets ontrack somewhere, he was a pleasure to watch dominate the game.
