Phil Jax will never trade Lamar. Never. Lamar is probably the only reason he went back.

Well there is a guy there named Kobe Bryant who is supposed to be a pretty decent player too. Thats what I've been hearing anyway. LOL.

Nah, Lamar could definitely play some of that Scottie Pippen role, he has all of the tools to do it. They could be like Mike and Pippen, they just need some other pieces. Caron Butler is already one of those pieces. Bynum projects to be their Bill WInnington.


But that trade sux for LA, and of course I would do it.

Yeah I don't see the Lakers trading Lamar especially for what we were offering. I think they are still under pressure to look at least decent. If this Brown for Butler comes down and you make this deal. You have traded Shaq for Kwame, Ariza, Mo Taylor and a Knicks pick which probably be the SA pick.

If they land Kwame that's an extra incentive NOT to trade Lamar. They would have a very young core of players (Lamar and Kobe are still young in my book), and would have up and coming talent as well...
DLee is the best thing to happen to NY in Isiah's 4 year tenure. And that alone, though a positive on the radar, is sad as hell.
