It's been 2 months and 10 days since my surgery.

Aside from the fact that my doctor screwed me and told my job I was fine to work without having seen me in a month........I'm doing fine.

My physical Therapy has been getting more "Physical"......I did lunges for the first time this past Weds. and I actually got on the tred mill and jogged for 5 minutes!!!!

Let me tell you I was sore for 2 days!!! But I'm fine now so that is just awesome.

Work is kicking my ass though. I haven't been able to really work out like I want to. I'm not a professional athelete....but that hasn't helped Bruno Sundov in 7 years!!!!!

Today I'm trying to get to the YMCA everyday after work. I have been making it kind of a spritual thing going back to the same spot where I blew out my knee. It's helped me get motivated.
