Malik Rose and Mo T. for Walker. That would cleared one spot at the PF position because of the departure of both rose and Mo. Walker can basically be the starter with Frye playing the 5. We could still continue to upgrade the 5 spot by signing guys like Hunter/Gadz/James ETC. Walker is not that bad of a player, especially if we have a coach that would preclude him from shooting the 3 ball. He rebounds well and he can actually be the perfect replacement for TT at the SF position once TT is traded.

Yep, he is a free agent, and there's no way I see Boston doing a sign just to take back Mo and Malik. As for our standpoint, as much as I would like to dump the contracts and gain a roster space...I just can't stand Antoine, especially for a new, long-term deal that would basically replace the horrible contracts we'd dump to begin with. I'd actually rather just wait out the contracts and use Malik off the bench. Just keep Walker the hell out of the orange and blue.

Maybe for the MLE if Walker rejects the Celts best offer; Isiah does like him...although none of us here do!....then we'll have a glut at SF with TT, Walker and Q although Walker can play PF at times...I'd rather we focus on a legit center than Antoine Walker....
