what time is the lottery picking tomorrow? is it being televised? and is spike lee still our representative?

Lottery is @ the halftime of the Nets/Celtics series, so around 6:30 I think it's been said. It's on NBC and apparently the NBA won't let SPike Lee be the Knicks rep.
