He's leaving Seattle...just announced....a five year deal.
We will NEVER win with Marbury as our cameo guy.

Well, good for Nate. Hope things turn out right for the guy. I actually didn't think he was really going to leeave Seattle.

WOW!!!!! Why would he leave who did Portland draft again? But they resigned Ray, I just knew he was staying after that.

I've gotta believe that his leaving was for something more than the money. I'm not sure that he was on the same page as management and there were probably personal factors which influenced his decision. It is a rude awakening for the Sonics, though!

I am suprised that nate left.. For portland that is. He is leaving a lot of good character guys in seattle for the likes of zach randolph. wow.. Oh well... good luck nate...

Telfair, Webster, and Outlaw is a pretty nice core to build around as we saw tonight

Webster seems to be a nice player, telfair may be a decent starter in the league, outlaw, I am still not sold on this guy, but again who knows, I think that the core of radmanovich, ray allen, ridnour and crew was a much better team for nate... again I wish him the best, portland almost drove cheeks crazy.. nates got his work cut out...

I guess PJ or Flip will be the new coach. I guess Nate felt that the Sonic did not appreicate him.

Shocker to me because I thought that his best scenario was staying in Seattle. Ray just signed. They could've brought the same cast that had a nice run last season. Oh well.. Who knows if it will work our in Portland...

I was shocked too...I thought he would stay in Seattle. They couldn't pay me enough to fix that dysfunctional family
