Look, both teams can help eachother out. Milw need a guy like Sweetney and we need what Gadzurich can provide. With this deal we would get the rebounding and the shotblocking that we so desperately need. Gadz may not be a star, but he is a hell of a hustler. He is definitely not the primadona that Kwame is.

We can do Sweet to Milwaulkee for Gadz and a second round draft pick...

In 3 years, Gad played 3803 minutes, collected a total of 1217 boards, and blocked 263 shots.

Here is Kwame's stats since 01
played 5737 minutes, collected a total of 1380 boards, and blocked 173 shots. that is all after 4 years

combined with Frye at PF, Gadzurick would help the Knicks to become a hell of a force in the East.

What is with you and these career totals?

That is such a bad way to tell what a player is capable of, or if a player had a bad or good year or not.

Sweets for Gadz straight up seems more likely because Gadz is a 6-11 or 7 footer, and Sweets is 6-8. If we could get a pick that would be great, but their numbers are close, but Gadz has the statistical advantage.

This is how you compare them:
Gadzuric
7,8, and 1.3 blocks per game

Sweetney
8, and 5.

Swetney will definitely be a better scorer, who can get to the line AND knock the ft's down.

Gadzuric is a better defensive player in general, with shot blocking and rebounding being his strong points.

It would make sense for us to trade Sweets for him, and Sweets would come off the bench for them and could probably give the starters some good rest on the bench while he stops the clock to shoot some ft's.

Tell Zeke to give Mil a call!

I don't believe that I have compared Sweets stats with Gadz's at all. what was compared was Gadz and your beloved Kwame....

Gadz aint 23, and he has never put up 30 and 19 on C. Webb or 25 and 12 on J. Oneal. There are reasons Kwame is talked about highly, he has shown flashes of greatness. Gadzuric is a 20 minute a game player who is 26, and has 0 offensive skills to speak of. PLus Gadz played on a lottery team and Kwame played on a playoff team with 3 20 ppg scorers. Kwame would look alot better on Milwaukee.

Yea- Kwame would do better on a lottery team because he wouldn't get kicked off the team during the playoffs.

Kwame, yes, might do better than Gadz- but it becomes a question of value.

What is it going to cost to get both players & what kind of contract are they going to get.

I'd prefer the hustle on the floor and effort there to potential.

Kwame could quickly replace TT as underperformer extraordinaire.

Has Ben Wallace and Rasheed ever put up the type of numbers that you are talking about???? stop that crazy argument. Kwame is not what the Knicks need, especially given the fact that Isiah drafted Frye. I would much rather gamble with Frye than Kwame...

If we are going to trade Sweetney, it has to be for a player who is willing to do the little things on the floor. Nene, Gadz, Hunter will all do the little things...If you think that I am kidding, look them up. Go beyound the muscles that Kwame has and see what else about his game that can get the Knicks above 30 wins...Kwame plays like a little girl for a big youngin...We don't need anymore pretty boys on our roster...we need hard working players...
