I like his sytstem on both O+D. he commands respect, he has incredible basketball IQ, he is creative a leader a winner yet also is funny with a good personality who is used to a big city.

Look at his team performances--look how they performed this year after they lost West and Nelson. I like that 4 guard set up he uses at times, and we could use it here with one big. the things he does, we have a perfect roster for it--I mean it a dm perfetc fit and he wouldnt cost 20billion. hes WAY WAY better than herb and it would be a well respected choice.

On top of it, he got to coach the USA men's under 21 FIBA team and went undefeated this summer.

I think he will be a lifer at St.Joe's.

a year ago I could have cared less, but coaching is now a key issue. Now to be fair to Herb last year's team was very poorly made up. That being said guys still played hard every night and there was no bickering or finger pointing.

Its imperitive that we get a good teacher in here. we have a lot of pieces on the board now, and whoever comes in to coach will be able to do some very interesting things with these players.
