We want to be a very young team and we want to develop chemistry..out of those 3 names, which one would you much rather have? They are all about 23 years old and all three of them are very raw...which of the 3 will be the least expensive to obtain???? Personally I think that Hunter is the one we need...

Chandler definitely. He is a very good defensive player and he would be able to help us out a lot. I would be concerned about him getting injured but out of the 3 players I think he is easily the best choice and he is a legit 7 footer. With that said, we have not shot at getting him.

From living in the D.C./Maryland area, I am here to tell you that Kwame is not the type of dude that Isiah needs to pursue. Hunter or Chandler, yes, but Kwame is a very deceiving talent. He has a great body, but mentally, he is extremely weak. Let's not forget his hands also. Hunter and Chandler on the other hand is a different thing, they both have good hands and can finish strong. With Marburry running the point, and given the fact that we have a guard oriented ofense, Kwame is definitely not the right fit. He requires a lot of touches, and most of all, his decision making once he has the ball is one way...He is not a good passer at all....go with guys that can finish, and guys that will not waist possessions...Besides, N.Y's media would eat this kid alive...If he couldn't handle Jordan's chewing what makes you think that he can handle the media in N.Y???? THAT BOY IS TOO SENSITIVE...

Andersen re-signed to a large multi-year deal with New Orleans, per ESPN.

Chandler and Kwame will cost us way too much...go after the least expensive player...We don't need a super star Center...Frye and Hunter would be an excellent combo.

In fact, he is a much better shot blocker than Chandler and Kwame...As we are trying to improve our frontcourt defense, we need a guy like Hunter who knows that his role is to block shots/rebound/and defend...Kwame is an ofensive minded player...stay away from him...We have to recognize the assets that we have as a team...WE already have mad fire power from 1 to 4 with Frye included, we need a guy that doesn't think ofense at all at the 5....

Why many of you are so in love with Kwame???? first of all, he is not even worthy to be a 1st pick...If you were to have Blatche and Kwame together in the draft, I would have drafted Blatche #1 and pass on Kwame. The kid plays with no emotion, and I don't even think that he loves the game of basketball. Chandler is all emotion, Hunter shows some emotion out there also....Get one of those two please and forget about Kwame...Let him go to Atlanta

OK, supposing that we keep Sweetney, the best player for us to get would be Chandler because he would make our defense so much better! A lot of boards, blocked shots, he would make us work hard on defense. Sweetney would be the one to score in the low post. Now, it will be so difficult to get him, that the best option avaliable would be Hunter. Kwame would cost us Sweetney, and thats not good. Hunter has great numbers for having averaged under 15 minutes per game. Give him a little more time and you have a nice backup.

Here is another fact about Kwame....Look, folks are always so quick to mention J'Oneal/Webber/or Sheed when they are talking about Kwame, but there is one thing that they always failed to mention: emotion or desire to play the game...All three of the players that Kwame has been compared to have always been known for being very emotional on the court...all three have much bigger hands than Kwame also....Stop saying that this kid will be the next O'neal or whomever, because he doesn't have the makeup of neither of them....Kwame is a bust...don't waist good N.Y money in another guy that can turn out and be like TT

Facts...
all it will take to get Hunter is no more than part of our MLE 4 MILLION OVER 4 YEARS
Kwame will cost us at least 8 millions
Chandler will probably be the same

that is why it is important to go very strongly after Hunter....

I would go after Chandler. Chandler has heart and block shots. When opponents drive to the lane they have to think twice when Chandler is around.

I never understood why we didn't sign Hunter last offseason.

now is our time to redeem ourselves...go after this young man and bring him in the mix...let Agwire coach him and he will be a true monster, especially if Laimbeer is our coach...

If you look at their numbers per 48 minutes, they are all comparable, except in the blocks category. Hunter bocks twice as many as Chandler and Brown isn't even a factor. When you look at what these guys cost, Hunter is a no brainer. He fits into the offense, he's cheap, he'll block shots on a team with bad defensive guards.

This is an easy one Isiah, go get him.
Alan Hahn: Nate Robinson has been on a ridonkulous scoring tear lately (remember when he couldn't hit Jerome James with a Big Mac in early January?)

I prefer Hunter, but honestly, I will be very happy if we end up with any of them.
