Sign Robert Horry! It means a championship will come to NYC as soon as he laces up.

Uh, actually, wouldn't mind Horry- doubt he comes here- he'll win another ring in SA

I would like to see Gadzuric, Przybilla, Swift or Chandler. A defnsive/rebounding minded center is the first choice. NY has enough O with the rest of the guys. I think Prz showed he can do both last season.

Nevermind...Przybilla is not a FA! I wish we could trade for him.

I guess I would put Curry and Brown in for him then. Curry has more of the upside IF he is healthy!

I think the time is now for Isiah to bring in Kwame Brown. All this young dude needs is two things. Coaching and a change of scenery. I also think he's gonna be the easiest to bring here between the usual big man suspects.

I would like to see Swift for some more blocking power and Larry Hughes for his versatility. He can play the 1 or the 2.

Swift can not provide anything that we don't already have...I can't believe that some of you are still looking to bring in more PFs, but the same ones that are calling to add Swift will be the same one criticising the PF positin. Lee can do all of the things that Swift can and better..

Sure it would be nice to add a true center, but if Isiah feels taking a risk on a former overall #1 Kwame brown is worth the risk why not go for it. If Frye is our center Kwame starts at PF giving you to 6'11" players on the front line.

looking at this list and I am underwhelmed by talented bigs- they truly don't exist.

plenty of good spalls- Brevin Knight I'm sure gets a nice deal off his season- Damon Stoudamire will probably get some interest-

so, I know this has been talked about elsewhere- why pick nate robinson when there aren't many bigs and plenty of good smalls available as FAs?

I actually like that pick, Nate is a momentum changer that you need to have, just like JYD. At times during the game last season, our team went to sleep, especially in the second half...With Nate that will not happen..

True- but you might have been able to sign a Brevin Knight to a max MLE type deal- or Damon, had a halfway decent back up to Marbury and then drafted a big at 21 instead.

Nate brings something to the game that Brevin and Damon can't bring - hes got amazing quickness, energy, and a great first step. he's extremely athletic and strong too... and I have a feeling he won't only be playing a few backup minutes. I have heard before that Isiah wants to play marbury at the 2 and go small, a lineup like nate, marbury, Q, jyd, and frye

Nate also brings young energy, football player toughness... and a strong defensive mentality.

No doubt. But, look at the bigs that are available. They're largely a joke.

Why not take a Johan Petro or Wayne Simien at 21, and then use free agency to get a small? Any big out there will not be easy to get, we'll have to over pay.

I'm just saying that I might have rather had Simien or Petro & Brevin Knight than Nate and Kwame (who would cost Sweetney)

Now, looking at this list of FAs, I understand why teams gamble on bigs in the draft, pick them higher than they should, and pass on smaller players that might be more skilled.
