Why the hell we traded for Mo-T?
If somebody could convince H20 to retire,
this is the guy's contract I'd waive.
Then at least after this season we'd just be stuck with:
JYD @ $6M for one year, and
Rose @ $6.5-7M for two years,
in terms of badly overpaid players.
(of course jury is still out on the rest of our crew: Marbs, JC, Q)
If we could trade one of them then at least we won't have
two at the same damn position.

Mo-T is actually more skilled than J-Yard or Malik or KT or Nazr or Sweetney, but he is historically lazy.
And the reply is...a post that makes sense (still waiting)

Perhaps but his contract sucks.
He's getting $9M per for the next 2 years!
And anyway, not convinced I want him on the floor more than
either of those other two. In fact, I'm sure of the contrary.

or just let him chill on whatever they call the IR under the new CBA. unless we get a perfect player for our team for him, i'd rather waive him or just let him walk. free up time for our young core.

this is what Isiah will do, he loves Mo T.'s ability to play in the post, but he is very skeptical about Sweetney mainly because of his inability to get inshape...Zeke will trade both JYD and Malik, or a combo of Sweetney and Malik to a team like Minnesota, because he is looking on building for the future and will perhaps want to help those guys go to a winning system. Than, our PFs would be as follow: Mo T, Lee, and Butler; Centers: Frye, Jerome James or Curry. That would give us rebounders and scorrers all around the front line

he can score for what its worth. I cant see him fitting right now. He doesnt D, doesnt board and is a low energy player.

Ok, I hear you all.
But in all the time since we traded for him,
does anybody have a clue what the idea behind it was?

You all know that I've been on TT since the Gazy incident.
But at least there was a hope that he would be something better
when the trade went down. You could explain it.
This one, I just have to scratch my head at, and
it may be Isiah's worst trade. No plan.

I wasn't a fan of the Nazr trade either, by any stretch,
just hope that Lee can make up for it.

didn't like the trade. but mo has talent, he was better and younger than vin and moochie. if he had a more reasonable contract he would be a good trading chip.

Maybe Isiah did the trade because Taylor was the most talented player on the trade. But I do think that it was a weird trade since he doesn't seem to fit on the direction of this team. Maybe Isiah did it because his contract would end at the same time as Houston's.

Guess what, he becomes an expiring contract soon!
