I am a pro-active fan....Forget about yesterday, it is done and over with...There is nothing we can do now, we can't return the players that we have drafted...all we need to all talk about now is an infrastructure that will help our young boys to succeed. They need to be coached and they will also need to be mentored in many ways. We need a winner to coach them, not a fake winner with no ring at any capacity...We need a guy that can step into a player's face and flat out say, look son, I didn't earn or win those rings by f..ing around...what has Herb won all of his career? nothing...
