Yeah, the Raptors said the same thing about Charlie V.

Is there anyway the Knicks could get Curry to mitigate this mistake?

bynum going 8 to the Lakers instead of slipping to 20 something just proves to me that we made a mistake by not taking him or Green for that matter.

Lakers will add to their 14 championships and we'll continue having 30win seasons into the next decade!

Once upon a time (yesterday) you said that there is ZERO chance that Bynum gets past 6.

How's that knee?

I don't bookmark posts but if I did I'd mark this one and try to hold it until Bynum starts playing his first games in '07 with the Lakers.

By the way, how's that knee?

All Hype... He could be a good center in the future, but is a long, loooongshot that ht helps the Lakers win a championship in many years...

I find it interesting that the only teams who made any advances at Bynum were teams who are desperate for big men. And don't bring up Portland. They never were gonna take the kid in the first place. Desperate times call for desperate measures and that's what the people who were in the Bynum hunt represented. Us included.

Or, by then, where is Phil?

Rich, it wasn't a mistake. And Curry might still be in the cards. The Knicks took the player Zeke loved at 8.

I'm concerned because Frye doesn't have a wide enough base to occupy the post.

Had we taken Bynum, be sure that the Lakers take Frye, even with Green still around...

Bynum was a project. Frye is more NBA ready, but still has the potential to become a better C, a stronger one.

Turiaf was a really good pick for the Lakers.

I see Frye like Rasheed Wallace a very skilled big man. If he works on his craft, he could be a big force.

So here's what we'll do. For all the Bynum fans LET'S GO OUT AND GET JAHIDI WHITE! If you're a Bynum fan you've gotta love that idea. Come on....what do ya say?

I HAVE seen him....seen him play too. He's Jahidi with a few extra inches. Actually Jahidi is waaaay better at the moment and the HOPE that Bynum will become a good player is just that right now.....a hope. Hell, it's possible that he baloons back up to 300+ now that he has done the hard work....he has been drafted. He will see no playing time and by the time he does Kobe won't be there. Odom and Phil may be gone as well. It will be a while before we see if Bynum can be better than Jahidi
