I was just watching cold pizza on espn and their draft people had us taknig bynum saying its a "blessing in disguise for ny"

then when they got to the clippers pick he mentioned that the clippers were working on a trade with the knicks- magette for KT

has anyone else heard about this?

No, but it makes sense since Clips can retain Kittles and Simmons. I will catch hell for this but I think Knicks should try to pry away Chris Kaman.

why? Kaman's a good player. He's a weirdo but who cares. I think if he stayed healthy he could be very solid for us. I never consider us a realistic trading partner w/ LAC because they are frugal and we have nothing but bloated contracts and Isiah smiles to offer.

JYD + cash + pick 30 for Maggette? Who knows... I doubt it though.

this trade makes sense from other things heard from LAC land.

Yaroslav Korolev is a supposed lock for pick #12, a small forward. And the team is higher on Bobby Simmons at guard (cheaper too). Kurt shores up a front line and adds experience.

I think Maggette is 10 times better than Kittles.

If KT can be traded for Maggette, I'd wet my pants. It ain't happening.

I was thinking that, but he brought it up while discussing the clippers pick-- if thats the case it would be a huge blunder and he should lose his job.

Huh? Where did all this come from? So sudenly the Q-KT trade has been on a hold because Isiah got this offer? Is there anything on realgm about this (since they first reported the Q trade)?
