bynum, frye, green, webster, graham

ONE OF THEM will be there and all of them have solid potential, some more than others but we WILL get a player that WILL be part of the core in a few years.

i think the true brilliance of isiah has to be shown by getting another draft pick and finding a core player at #30 and #54.

i think we're WAY too preoccupied with #8...

I'm warming to Frye's potential. Especially after looking at Gazurich's CBB numbers and how he's becoming a very solid pro. Now obviously "very solid pro" is pretty low expectations but bigs are measured more by impact than by #s IMO. If we just looked at numbers Nazr would be a great player, but we all know from watching the guy just doesnt impact a game.

I would still rather trade down and come away with something like Ike and Petro but whatever happens happens.

Well I'm glad to hear that.

That means you'll get to enjoy following his Nba career

i think we have a much better shot at Bynum than Frye.

Well was it a disgrace when Marcus Camby averaged 7.0 boards in his college career?

I wouldn't get too excited about not picking Frye right now, I really don't see who will pick him before we do. The Raptors and the Jazz are the only teams that make sense but as I said in the other thread, the Raptors would have to pass on Granger to pick Frye and it seems like they are just showing interest in Frye to get Isiah to make a panic move to move up in the draft. As for the Jazz, if they do the trade with Portland then they will have Deron Williams at 3 and they would likely pick Martell Webster for the Blazers at 6. I think there is a chance both Bynum and Frye are available to us.
