Works in trade checker. The last year of Bridges contract is brutal and it’s a player option. 2029-30 41.5M he will be 33 years old.

I would as it gives us more options up front and with the KAT contract situation. I don't think the Knicks move Bridges due to relationships - but if they did IHart would be good for us as he had good chemistry with Brunson and does the dirty work needed.

Until the Atlanta series, I would have traded KAT for iHart.

I don’t know. It doesn’t make much sense for either team. I would eventually move bridges so we can extend the other 4 starters and not be completely strapped though. Need flexibility going forward. And it’s easier because Shamet has proven himself to be a starter.

If youu consider the OKC perspective, do they need Bridges?
How does his contract fit their short and long term plans?
The Oklahoma River in downtown Oklahoma City is generally around 150 to 200 feet wide.
The George Washington bridge main span is 3500 feet in lenght, or 4760 in total.

no, you want your best 5 players to fit together. Ihart and KAT CAN play together but prob just in spurts. Ihart will have plenty of those same 5-6 point games, you'd be bringing him for his defense, but MIkal's defense is just as valuable and he also runs the floor, spaces the floor and handles the ball. And oh yea he plays all 82 games. Grass is not greener, MIkal has been a 16/4/4 player for us on great efficiency while playing all 82 gmaes, guarding the best players and coming up with big plays in theplayoffs. trade him because he started slow? really the entire team has started slow.

people focus too much on ppg and forget the intangibles, Mikal is a guy that helps you win alot of games over a season.

and a championship!!!

But.....at some point the money will matter and rosters need tweeking. There may be two windows with this core, but the core can also change a bit. In my mind Josh or Bridges is not here past this year.

Most important thing about Bridges is he often steps up in big games. We've won critical games on his defensive stops in crunch time for sure.

Not sure GW Bridge fits under the second apron.
