As for Mitch, they all thought it would get done?
I'll speak for myself, I did not. Why? Mitch not got the bank made to take a big discount and knicks going over apron for a player often injured is not logical.

If Knicks and Kat are tens of millions a part annually then its not gonna get done and yes, maybe he gets traded or opts in. If another team comes calling maybe make an offer leon can't refuse?
Someone wants to pay him his agent needs to know his market.
repeate in this era just might be not in the cards and Leon might be able to pin this on KAT wanting what he wants, and "teams have to do whats best for them".

Can't believe it's already Media Day and season starts in 3 weeks!

I'm not concerned about the contract extensions. I trust Leon and both KAT and Hart want to be here so they will figure out a number that is fair.

Media does well to make fans nervous. Gets interest. His opt in is 61mil!
They asked him the question and he answered it. Not like he came to make the statement.
Its what Fans want to know?

So this is what we do, demonize him now as greedy? Anger sells media.
It works both ways, can sign with knicks and we can trade him to memphis.
Revel in the chip but don't forget its a business.
