Like I've said before, I loved Oak as a player but dislike him as a retired player and seems like a ****ty person with a victim mentality. He's always whining and bitching and talking **** about everyone. He's bashed Ewing and his teammates for years and even told LeBum not to sign here in 2010. And I know I'm in the minority but I do think MSG was correct in kicking him out that night. He was aggressive and combative with security and has a history of getting drunk and starting trouble - 2010 physical altercation at the Aria Resort & Casino and a 2018 cheating and gambling-related arrest at The Cosmopolitan.

We do not need that type of energy and vibe at MSG!

Big Oak is an ashat. He is that angry old relative we all have. Instead of being grateful and happy he is too proud. Likely has an undiagnosed mental illness and refuses to deal with his problems. We all know someone like this. Just because he was a great player doesn't mean he is a great person.

Why is Dolan even doing this unless Trump asked and its kind of not good for business to say no to him. Same for more CEO's.
IF he did invite him why divide your audience like this?
Two hours to get into the building? There will be cheers, and a lot of Boo's.
The vibe? Why mess with it. Trump don't care about sports. He don't care about NY anymore. Blue state and a blue city.
Does not even take his son to games. Sad miserable human.

You've heard the acronym TACO?

I sort of expect a no-show and it could merely be a stunt to F with New Yorkers.

Imagine having everyone who is paying a gazillion dollars to be there line up hours early only to then find out it was all for nothing. Would not surprise me one bit.

For such a thin-skinned guy like that to walk into a place he is well and truly hated doesn't make much sense from an ego stroking perspective unless he's at the stage where he thinks being king includes defiantly thumbing his nose at his the majority of America. He's deranged so hard to know what goes through that disordered brain of theirs.

That was the signs of a man in panic mode. All you're going to hear for the next 5 months is "cheaters" and "rigged" because they know what's coming

He has always been unhinged from any moral anchor his whole life, but he lacks the fortitude now to hold it together because the pressure from the blowback due to his constant abuse of Americans and the rest of the world is coming home to roost. He used to grind up Sudafeds and snort them for the epheddrine. He's a speed freak his whole like. The reports coming out of the WH during his first term was it was like a candy store and you could get anything prescribed by the fistful if you worked there. The doctors on staff were pez dispensers for a bunch of amped up savages working under the biggest savage. A lifetime of self-abuse is catching up with him now and his health, his mind are failing. It is a horrible thing to witness the person in charge of this nation be in such a state. The only reason there hasn't been a 25th Amendment action is he has Putinized the cabinet and he has blackmail on EVERYONE, especially those closest to him.

I believe Oakley feels like he’s never received his credit for the Knicks success in the 90s and watched Ewing and starks gain all the fandom and recognition. I believe that’s the root cause of these current out burst, mixed in with any mental health issues that comes with old age. I never was a huge fan of Oakley anyway but I respected his impact as a rugged two way player / enforcer. Especially when he learned how to shoot. He probably wanted a bigger role and still salty over the owner’s disrespect. And felt Ewing and others did not step up on his behalf during that Dolan and Oakley issue. I can see that. But that “old man” get off my lawn take isn’t a good look.
Born in Brooklyn, Raised in Queens, Lives in Maryland. The future is bright, I'm a Knicks fan for life!

Trump coming tonight is a major downer and a huge distraction…. Bare minimum. I’m mildly surprised nobody in his circle told him this would be a terrible idea and i’m not sure why nobody told Dolan inviting Trump was a terrible idea.

At least it seemingly isn’t game 4.

BTW… didn’t Hochul challenge Trump to name the starting lineup of the “93 championship team?” Ouch!

Game knows game. Takes a pro day drinker to recognize another pro day drinker, I think
