Heading to building again tonight. Much worse seats! I think the city is hype again. Vibes were nervous before Game 1, but Game 1 got people going again. Fully expect to be raucous in there.

Team I'm never sure about - I feel like they aren't serious all the time! Can't get let the come back make you come out flat. Have to stay locked in. If they are locked in the way it was in 4th we can win this in 5 games or less.

Good point. Maybe the lack of swagger at seasons end. Host of reasons perhaps. Players and rolls changed a bit.
Chemistry is not bad, but we have not seen the killer instincts. Maybe the failure to not beat top tier talent messes with confidence?
"Moving and grooving" the ball and play loose. Knicks have the talent. I don't have answers but just a few guesses.
If they can get lose they might have a nice run.

They seem best when they are aggressive and creating turnovers on defense. Getting easy layups in transition. Josh is getting layups coast to coast, OG finding easy dunks. That's when the Knicks are grooving.

I love this KAT matchup for us. If they put Ausar on Brunson they cannot guard KAT. He will take Duren to the basket or hit 3's if given space and he will cook Tobias.

Tobias had a 22 point first half, but then we hunted him as the defender he got cooked left and right.

Think Beasley started 5/5 for 3? Think Pistons only had 10 games this year where they shot better from 3 and they were 8-2 in those. They gave us one of their best bullets and their shot came up empty.

That said - team needs to stay locked in and put these guys on their heels going home.

that and a perfect half from Tobias hitting every shot. That plus Brunson shooting 4-15 in the first half kept them in it
