He said it "appears" to turn off your immune. It seems this confused some people. It likely does not actually turn it off but it evades it for a period of time to allow itself to be replicated before antibodies are produced. This would definitely explain the rise in "breakthrough" infections of fully vaccinated people. |

Florida's decision to not take COVID seriously from the start is now catching up to them. The Delta variant is not to be messed with. DeSantis has also stopped mask mandates in school. This is going to be horrific. Kids will infect each other and then come home and infect their families. I believe Aug 10th is when school starts in Florida.

With this Delta Plus variant we now have variants of variants. Apparently there is also a Lambda variant in South America. The longer it takes for the unvaxxed people to get vaxxed the worse it's going to get.
