I have to admit CC is averaging All-WNBA numbers but Angel has been closing the gap. Ever since Kamilla Cardoso got back from injury and Chennedy Carter been put in the starting lineup Angel been killing it.

CC been mostly relying on her passing since teams pretty much double her the whole game. Last game the Aces were doubling her the second she hit the half court line. If the Fever can ever start punishing teams for blitzing CC it would allow her to gets enough space to get decent shots off and then we will start seeing those constant 30 to 40 point games she was known for.

So when last checked she was responsible for

33% of overall game attendance.
33% of TV ad revenue
50% of ad impressions
All of the Top 5 watched games since 2001.

That is crazy.

Until this last week this was the starting SF. She only got like 3 or 4 minutes tonight and still gave us this gem. She has ruined like 20 asts this season from missed open layups or bobbled passes herself.

She legit might be one of the worst coaches I ever seen. 95% of her plays have no misdirection and whoever they want to get the ball makes a curl around the 3pt line towards the middle. Why can't she just watch curry plays and steal them.

A defender legit came from the weakside and got a steal on the same curl play she does all the time because it was so predictable. She legit just sprinted from defending the corner to right down the middle of the court to intercept the pass to the person curling.

The last play of the game was called for a person who was 0 - 7 from 3 and just shanked a corner 3 off the side of the backboard. Forget getting the player who had 15pts in the 4th a play to get her open. What am I talking about she does not have those plays.

This is why I said if Angel learned to make layups she will be a star. This is her diet of shots for every game. How the hell did she shoot 29% on these types of shots. She could have easily had like 30 points. Making layups would mean she would have ended her double/double streak and that seems to be pretty important to her.
