Look, I'm not saying it's all me, but I watched game 1, win. Missed game 2, loss. Turned on game 3 down 60-78, great comeback!

Oh yeah, the players deserve some credit too. 😁

Quickley was impressive. He didn’t shoot well from 3 but just the threat of it combined with his ability to generate offense was a nice surprise. It may not show consistently in the regular season against good teams but the flashes are there. Quickley can be cut from that same cloth of scoring combo guards that do enough to run an offense. McCollum, Schroder etc on the higher end and Patty Mills or George Hill on the more conservative end. That’s my hope as far as what he can bring to the table.

Good win by the kids. Regardless the circumstances they were down 16. Thibs has them playing some D, Knox staying aggressive and young ones getting some confidence.

IQ for starting PG ... guy can shoot and that opens the floor for everyone ... he’s the perfect pg for today’s NBA ... and our best chance of winning games

I’ll never understand why he was considered a reach or why he was never a 1st round projected player. SEC player of the year and a great shooter and decent defender. That’s a first round talent regardless of position. He was only a sophomore.

super happy for a lot of guys
KK, Squiggy, Barret, even DSJ had some moments

but Cavs second unit was at the helm AND most importantly they stopped zoning us. my suspicion is they wanted to see if borderline roster guys could actually play man etc.

so happy for the win and the guys and hopefully we can build off of it, but calibrating expectations.

that second unit did play team ball and seemed to feed off of each others energy

yay team!
