I thought we we're going to have a season of watching Teague chug along at MSG. I guess Elfrid doesn't look that bad by comparison.

Teague would have made a lot of sense for the Knicks if he were signed instead of Elfrid, but for the same 5m deal. But I guess he still wanted to compete on a winning team and was not ready for a a semi-retirement role of teaching young guards on a perrenial bottom-dweller. |

I'm not calling this a "win", but Elfrid is the engine am exciting tank needs. Teague is a good, used spare tire you get to smooth things out along a stable playoff ride. Just saw this. Would've been a nice cheap addition with his shooting. Langston Galloway also got paid. He would've been nice, but 3/$27 is too much.
