Was out and too tire to watch replay. Saw frank had limited minutes, he get hurt? I’m ok with how season started, Payton won the job and Frank was back up. Back rob Dennis of his hops? Did not see him tonite but sounds like not a good game for him.

At least this game proved one thing - Payton is by far the best pg on this team. He should be starting here on out with Frank off the bench. Not sure what to do with DSJ but can’t have a 3 pg rotation.

I’m almost there. Definitely think DSJr has earned himself 3rd PG spot

Agree about Dennis. He was one of the best atheletes in the nba, voted to win roy by his peers. The athleticism is gone at this point. Is it the back? Fiz seemed to think that he would get it back with playing time. Maybe Miller takes a different approach. He isn't getting better and if he regains his athleticism he is one of the most talented players on the roster. He is a long way from that currently.

Okay, so it isn't the dawning of the age of Aquarius.

Good game though.

Best coach since Pat Riley.

One game is usually good enough for Knicks fans to see the coach or player value.

Assists were up, turnovers down. Good on the boards, and defended reasonably well. Hope we build from this

Randle can contribute. He still had a couple of ISO/hero ball moments. If even one of those was instead turned into a decent shot we could have won

DSJ is an enigma. He is either hurt and thus not attacking or something is not right with his head. I for one don't think it's a good idea to give him court time so he can work his way out of whatever it is. He is playing poorly and the fans will let him know that; given his sensitivity and sulking i'd let him watch until he is physically and mentally ready to contribute

Dsj needs to go to the g league and play 30 plus to get his confidants back, coaches need to get the truth as to why he’s not attacking the rim.

I like the idea of DSJR going to the g league. He needs a lot of work. His shot looks terrible and he just isn’t interested in attacking the basket.

I wouldn’t mind seeing Frank and Payton play more together to get additional ball handlers out there and take some pressure off of RJ. Ideally would love to see Randle off the bench but that’s not happening, so might make sense to play him at the 5 and move Morris to to
the 4.

Payton, Allen
Frank, Dot
RJ, Knox
Morris, Gibson
Randle, Robinson

Out of rotation - Portis, DSJ, Ellington, Trier
