Yep but the only problem is you can't get away with anything close to the kind of stuff they got away with back then. The refs are way quick to call a tech just for talking too much smack to the other player.

Yeah, but it gets under the other guys' skin, too. They're just as likely to get a tech

To be fair, Holiday was playing against far better players. He had some moments, needs to find his shot. Not hating on Baker at all - I like his moxie. But I think Holiday has more defensive potential.

I meant from a skills perspective. He can do a little more with the ball and is a stronger shooter. Just seems to fit a little better. Holiday is a SG/SF and Baker is more of a SG/PG type. Tho he's not a very good PG obviously but he can do a little of that.

He wasn't great playing PG in the SL but he was ok i guess.

Courtney Lee needs to start distinguishing himself out there. I know it's early but he looks like an undrafted rookie trying to make the NBA. Biggest disappointment so far. He's gotta start showing me why he deserved $50mm (the wing I really wanted in FA was Solomon Hill who got similar money from the
Pelicans. I still think he would've been a better signing)....Need to see more Randle but earlier and in a PG role -- we know he can shoot but I need to see what else he can do. For example--early on, instead of going with Sasha handling the ball, let's see Randle there handling, orchestrating, etc.. I wanna know everything we can about Randle this way when the time comes and someone like Spencer Dinwiddie possibly gets cut and becomes available, we know enough to make an informed decision...I really have no idea why Sasha's even on this team. He's really one of the guys who should be cut to be perfectly honest. Not only does he jeopardize Randle from making the team but Baker as well (Baker's looked real good tonight). And I wanna see more Holiday ahead of Sasha too. Let's try to get Holiday off next game. Need to get him right....Plumlee definitely looks like a keeper. Most pleasant surprise by far. His intensity/aggression is off the charts and he looks pretty skilled too, surprisingly. Man do I love being wrong about things when the team benefits---I thought Plumlee was a scrub but he's clearly ahead of O'Quinn right now. Interested to see if he should be ahead of Willy soon too. He's a real lunch pail/intangibles guy who can help us win games.

I can only laugh at the way this game is ending lol On a serious note, I don't see Porter holding off Pure much longer.the kid is coming along.
