woody is getting outcoached right now. Bad matchups and he has no idea how to set up offensive plays.

I knew this was the game plan.

28-16 second quarter. What a way to not show up in the second quarter.

This is why nobody would pick this team to beat the Heat yet. Their play is completely inconsistent. You end up a 1st quarter blazing and put a stinkin' stinker of a second? After a game and a half you still can't flow your offense freely nor break the Celtics's D?

Get your freaking game together, Knicks. It still feels like the offense hasn't made a debut this postseason.

he's been playing below par, but he hasn't been that terrible, especialy if you look at the team as a whole.
him getting in under the rim and getting fouls is sort of keeping us in the game considering how awful our general offense is.
I agree that he should be much better and will need to pick it up in order for us to win, but then again I don't think he's been THAT bad, at the very least you can't say there's any lack of effort.

I never expected him to shot that well this series anyway, the Celtics are his worst match (FG% wise) all season, I do expect him to pick it up and grab us win #2 though.

I think Tyson will have a better 2nd half and the Knicks will get some looks at the 3. Celtics did a great job taking them out of their game in the first half.

I never said he was terrible but i think he is doing much on his own. yes we need him to score but when he has 3 guys on him he has to find other guys

Celtics played elite level BBall and we didn't. Only one quarter, and only down 6. Still plenty of time to adjust.

Kenny: "The hater?"

Tough half, but I'd stick with Felton on Pierce until Shump comes back in. If the best shot he gets is a turnaround jumper, you'll take those all night.

Knicks need to get the offense going.

Felton's been doing a great job- Pierce hit a couple of tough ones. Someone needs to help him close out or they just have to accept that Pierce will make some of those.

Dude WTF do you expect, to talk about how great things are when they are not? There is a huge difference between hating and expressing worries as a fan.

Right now our inefficient way of scoring has me worried for this series and down the road! I expect the Knicks to fix this as I am a true believer they can beat anybody in this league. But so far they haven't been able to break the Celtics' defense and Im gonna call the game as I see it.

Wanna say things are great when they are not? Good for you but if you don't like when people state things that are wrong, then stop reading until the Knicks fix it.

I agree i love the Knicks but im not happy with the lapses these past 2 games. We were able to come back in Game 1. This time Doc Rivers is gonna try and mkae sure that doesnt happen again. We need more ball movement. melo needs to trust his team more otherwise we are gonna keep seeing stagnant offense

What I'm seeing from the stats: low assist numbers again, flu Tyson and invisible Shump and Cope. Something's wrong with our offense this time more than our defense; 48 points by Celts isn't terrible defense, but our offense seems stagnant.

Papabear Says

Felton can defend Pierce he is too short. The problem is that the Knicks are too slow getting on defense. They are not really doubling on Melo. Every other man is guarded. Novak can't do a thing. The only way we win if Melo start making shots and really forcing a double and passing the ball but someone must start making some shots off the bench. but one thing most important the Celtics made 18 points off the Knicks 8 turnovers.
