No the Bucks are resigning him as long as Cuban doesn't overshoot his load. They have deemed Jennings untouchable. Ellis gets traded at the trade deadline unless he opts out prior to(very likely) which I'm not sure when that cutoff date is.
Atl can still S&T Smith in the summer so he can get the yrs and % raises on his new deal, although they will get back even less than what they were offered today.
