![]() This to me is more impressive than the Bulls win in terms of Melos performance. He did everything to win. That turnaround jumper from the block. The boards. The D. He's playing superstar ball because he's a superstar.

Bill Simmons on Tyreke Evans

How beautiful if nothing more
Than to wait at Zion's door
I've never been in love like this before
Now let me pray to keep you from
The perils that will surely come

Because Wilson and Gallo were knicks for few years. why would I hate on them or wish them to fail? Knuggs failure or success does not validate or diminish what the knicks do. Thats my take. Best Knick could have been Dice if the knee did not go. He was a top 10 player when healthy and had his powers. Melo is the best knick player since ewing. |

I don't hate on them at all. I still regard guys like Trevor Ariza, Channing Frye and David Lee as old friends who I don't hang out with anymore for whatever reason. But I don't root for their teams to win. I hope they have nice careers, but it's mainly whatever. Dice wasn't top 10 and that's the only reason he was available in the first place. I still get pissed at that trade. He hadn't even played a game after his surgery. Smh. I don't think he was on Melo's level and I liked him alot pre-injury. Melo is the best player since Pat. By a lot. Much better than spree or Houston. |
