We cant out shoot the Mavs. Most teams we can but this team we cannot.

We need to play a little defense against the elite teams.

For a defender, Jeffries is playing horrible defense tonite. Thats twice I've seen him switch on the pick and roll but not fully commit, leaving the driving lane wide open.

I think that MDA has alot more to worry about then Time Outs.

How about teaching your players how to show on a pick without the player going right around both of them.

What I noticed is how he changed his lineup in the second half because their 2 first half impact players(Terry and Haywood) we've refused to check. Jim Carey will never get the credit he truly deserves. I see him as the next Sloan

If Corey Brewrer got Jared Jeffries minutes the Knicks would be a better team

Yup. still not sure what he brings us that Shawn Williams does not. Better D but not enough better for being a bonehead.

He is such a disaster on offense. It truly is like it is 5 on 4 when the Knicks are trying to score. I think the Jeffries signing was because D'Antoni was comfortable with him and would play him. Walsh has to have learned how important it is to get guys that the coach will play no matter how match talent and potential is being left behind.

You can keep being a blind sheep. Just make sure not to follow this coach over his inevitable fall off the cliff.

it happens, i mean the lakers got blown out by the heat earlier in the year but when we don't play well on defense we give up easy shots in the paints or wide open jumpers. i mean aside from maybe a handful of shots from marion and terry, every single shot has been wide open for the mavs.

Knicks finally waking up on D. That's what I want to see. Even if they don't win, get the D going and make this a game. We know they can play better than they did to start the game. They've taken the energy out of the crowd so maybe they can get something going.
