all five starters had at least 4 assists. solid team game tonight. maybe the guys are getting comfortable playing together.

loved the way jeffries fit in with the team.

loved the way toney took the reins of the team.

loved the way shawne williams broke out of a slump.

love the way anthony carter rebounded in traffic repeatedly - that guy is a solid option at backup PG.

glad roger mason and derrick brown got some burn.

I was especially impressed with Jeffries game. He might be a fantastic fit as a role player on a team with superstars. He didn't have that when he was here before.

We see this team can get really good on D, now that we have Jared added to the mix. He's a big that is all over the place and active on the offensive boards too. We've needed a big that knows what to do and where to go and has a great defensive IQ. I feel good about the roster now. We've got some help inside and backup to the PG spot. The 2 biggest areas of need. Now we need this team to develop better chemistry and prep for the playoffs.

i mean, not to gush too much about jeffries, but i agree. i also liked the way he was high-fiving guys and slapping their chest after big plays. seemed like he is already part of the team.

nice team win..

bench really kicked in..

starters were efficient and passed the ball.. it helps when others are hitting shots..

Huge game for TD.. way to step up...

Yea was thinking the same thing. I think Rose, Dwill, Rondo, Westbrook, etc have passed him as PGs.

Guy just had a bad night...it happens. CP3 is still the best pure PG in the league, he's all about pass first.

I dunno man. I like him a lot but he's been bad for 11 games now. Way too many for someone who's supposed to be an ELITE pg.

I would rather hold onto Billups at 50-75% of Paul's salary and use the remaining salary to sign a serviceable center like the Thunder did with Kendrick Perkins. (or just let Billups go and sign Dwight Howard)

At first I thought he was getting his teammates involved and waiting to take over a la Good Kobe. Eventually it looked like he just got frustrated and gave up on the game. Just going through the motions. He must know he has limited miles on that knee. It's gotta kill him inside knowing he can play his heart out and it's just a 1st or 2nd round exit again. Exciting the first time around but nothing like a 7 game series against a superior team makes an intelligent guy like CP3 more aware that his current squad just doesn't have anywhere near the talent to go anywhere.

Let's try to elevate the level of discourse in this byeetch. Please

Size is definitely the next need that must be addressed. We're stronger at the 1 than we are at the 5 with Billups and TD.
