Our interior D has been something COMPLETELY else tonight. Very nice to see. And a fair share of blocks aswell.

I could live with him not having a post game if he developed more of a mid range, off the dribble, shot. He could then either finish or kick to a slashing Amare, or another cutter.

I'm happy you said "or another cutter." A'mare is stinkingit up tonite.

He is going for a mid range shot and he is being met with a double team most of the time, he needs to find a cutter or kick it out for a three. I could also live with him not taking a jumper with everyone standing around and no one under the rim.

So this is what a star player stepping up in crunch time looks like

Amare proving his worth. Nothing like a good post player with a few mins left and no defense can stop Amare when he gets his little hook going!

The Knicks interior D has been doing it's job for the most part. The offense is still a work in progress, but they pushed the ball a lot more tonight and Felton has been finding Amare now which is what they need to do.

Wilson is superb off the bench. He can substitute at the 2, 3 or 4 depending on who's in foul trouble. And he's our best scorer off the bench. Clearly, he put in a lot of work over the offseason and it shows.

I can live with this kind of effort on D.

Gotta love Chan and Landry tonight. Those two really are fulfilling their roles perfectly. Who was that talking crap about Landry playing SG?

Much better execution, even if Chandler's shot didn't drop through. At least it was in the paint!! What was with his jacked-up 3 a possession before?
