That would apply but Lebron is a King in title only. Simply put Amare has about 3 good years left. This guy is overdue for his knee issues to re-occur. So now Lebrons window is 3 yrs from today with this current team. I doubt he wants to wait a year for Carmelo or whoever else says they are coming. Lebron wants to win yesterday.

You have up and coming guards and forwards and guys like Wade and Lebron are heavily reliant on athleticism to "score". Neither has a jumper to fall back on. Guys like Westbrook, Rose, and Durant have already shown that they are the real deal and they are on the rise not decline.

Bosh, Lebron, and Wade aren't stupid. They cant just keep waiting around for their teams to build around them. If Amare/Bosh goes down for any extended period of time you'd have McGrady+Grant Hill 2.0 .

Protecting his brand is important and any negative reactions have to be considered in his decision. I don't think he's decided yet and this is just more information gathering.

I posted in the Lebron name calling thread. The twitter media is starting something.

Geno Auriemma, Berger from SI.....bad stuff....this is reflecting negatively on his image. The fact he is acting like my 5 year old daughter in his indecisiveness isn't helping either.

I said it before. He had all the fun and games during the season. Now big boy time tolls around and he is acting like a wilting flower.
